Service Announcements

Technology Services utilizes an Incident Communication Plan to facilitate timely communication regarding technology maintenance and service interruptions to Puget Sound Critical Services. As part of this plan, Technology Services posts announcements on this page and encourages Puget Sound community members to sign up for our TS Communications listserv.

To opt in to the TScommunications listserv:

1. Navigate to https://mailweb.pugetsound.edu/mailman/listinfo 
2. Locate TScommunications from the list and click on the name.
3. Fill out the information in the “Subscribing to TScommunications” section.

    NETWORK: Core Router Reboots

    Wednesday, August 26, 2020 5:30 AM – 7:30 AM [COMPLETE]

    SYSTEMS IMPACTED: The following systems will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window:  

    ·        Internet access inbound and outbound

    ·        VPN (Global Protect)

    ·        vDesk

    ·        Phone/VOIP/Jabber

    ·        Wired and wireless network connectivity

    ·        Intermittent loss of access to various Puget Sound systems and applications

    REASON FOR IMPACT: There is an issue with our core routers causing intermittent network problems.  These reboots is an attempt to rectify those issues.

     

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

     

    ·        Downtime should be intermittent and only for short periods (less than 5-10 minutes)

    P-Card (Wells Fargo Commercial Card Expense Reporting): Currently Unavailable [RESOLVED]

    Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 12:00 p.m.  

    System status alert for Commercial Card Expense Reporting (CCER)

    Commercial Card Expense Reporting (CCER) on the Commercial Electronic Office® (CEO®) portal is currently unavailable.

    We are diligently working to resolve the issue and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    CEO status updates are also available on the CEO portal home page next to the name of the service. A yellow triangle indicates the service is impaired and a red triangle indicates the service is unavailable. If you have questions, please contact your client service officer or call Treasury Management Client Services.

    • From the U.S., Canada, or Mexico, dial 1-800-AT-WELLS(1-800-289-3557), option 2.
    • From any country participating in the Universal International Freephone Number (UIFN) program: Dial the international access code (IAC) followed by 8000-AT-WELLS (8000-289-3557).
