Technology Services schedules regular maintenance windows to ensure a secure and reliable computing environment. See the Latest Update.

A regular maintenance window generally takes place the second Sunday of every month from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Monthly maintenance windows alternate between production servers and pre-production servers. Maintenance windows for production servers can impact the availability of these and other services:

  • Puget Sound Web
  • Puget Sound Email
  • PeopleSoft
  • File Shares

General users of university services should not experience any impact during maintenance windows for pre-production servers (development and test).
