Updated COVID-19 policies

On Sept. 8, 2022, Governor Inslee announced that all remaining COVID-19 emergency proclamations and the COVID-19 state of emergency for Washington state will end by Oct. 31. As a result, Puget Sound has updated a number of policies and procedures related to COVID-19. Highlights include:

  • Effective immediately, we will no longer require a negative antigen test to leave isolation after day six for individuals who are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms, in alignment with Washington State DOH and CDC isolation guidelines.
  • Effective Nov. 1, we will lift all remaining restrictions on visitors to campus.
