The Division of University Relations supports Puget Sound’s mission and strategic plan by building relationships on campus and with our alumni, donors, and community members. Through philanthropy, constituent engagement, and communications, we’re connecting Loggers around the world and building a solid foundation for the future of the university.

University Relations consists of seven offices working together to advance the mission and vision of Puget Sound:

  • Alumni & Parent Relations: Fosters affinity and Logger pride through events and activities for alumni and parents of current students including Summer Reunion Weekend, Homecoming & Family Weekend, the Loggers Keep Learning series, and regional clubs.
  • Annual Giving: Supports every aspect of a Puget Sound education through gifts to the Puget Sound Fund, regular communication with donors, and Logger Day Challenge.
  • Capital & Planned Giving: Supports the long-term sustainability of the university through capital and legacy gifts.
  • Corporate & Foundation Relations: Manages the cultivation and stewardship of effective relationships with corporate and foundation donors to support scholarships, research, and other initiatives.
  • Donor Relations: Recognizes and stewards gifts made by alumni, parents, friends, and other donors.
  • Marketing & Communications: Elevates Puget Sound’s visibility and reputation through branding and design, community and media relations, digital and print communications, event management, and visual storytelling.
  • Prospect & Information Management: Supports the division through database management and prospect research.
