1. TODAY - Presentation by Professor Brad Dillman - The War in Gaza and Israel: Implications for US Policy in the Middle East. October 23 from 5-6pm in Murray Boardroom. Open to all campus members, refreshments provided.
2. The Puget Sound Board of Trustees are on campus this week, and they will hold an open business meeting on Friday, Oct 27 from 1-2:30pm in the Thomas Hall Tahoma Room which is open to the full campus community. You are welcome and encouraged to attend.
3. Spooky events coming up:
- Oct. 24: Cultural Appropriation Prevention Seminar 6-7 pm in the Tahoma Room. Desserts will be provided!
October 31: Haunted Wheelock! Wheelock Town has been haunted. Come navigate your way through the apotho-scary, Wheelock Town pumpkin patch, the haunted school house, and more. Dress the part in your culturally aware Halloween costume and come get your treat (or tricks) throughout Wheelock Town. Visiting the haunted town is possible during the limited time of 2-4 p.m. on October 31, but throughout Wheelock on October 31 you may find Halloween-themed rubber duckies. Find one and return it to the swamp by the haunted school house/Dean of Students Office (Wheelock 208) to win a prize. Don’t forget to trick or treat at President Crawford’s house after visiting Wheelock Town.
