Student Support Services at Puget Sound

The Department of Student Support is comprised of Counseling, Health and Wellness Services and Wellness and Prevention Education which includes BRAVe (Bystander Revolution Against Violence). We offer wellness initiatives through substance abuse prevention, wellness education and health promotion.

As a department, we facilitate the development of resilience in our students while building thriving communities of care, concern, and belonging. We serve all students with specific outreach to our most minoritized and marginalized students on campus, including but not limited to those who live with mental health diagnoses, those in the LGBTQIA+ community, survivors of sexual violence, students of color, low-income students, and other marginalized identities. We are here to help navigate any barriers that our students have to thriving, persisting and graduating from the University of Puget Sound.

Some of the following initiatives and programs are part of the Support Services offered to students. Contact us for details.
