The Center for Student Support (also known as the Yellow House) can be found in the small yellow house at 3219 N. 13th Street, across the parking lot from the Wheelock Student Center.
The Department of Student Support is comprised of Intercultural Engagement; Counseling, Health and Wellness Services; and Wellness and Prevention Education which includes BRAVe (Bystander Revolution Against Violence). We offer wellness initiatives through substance abuse prevention, wellness education and health promotion.
As a department, we facilitate the development of resilience in our students while building thriving communities of care, concern, and belonging. We serve all students with specific outreach to our most minoritized and marginalized students on campus, including but not limited to those who live with mental health diagnoses, those in the LGBTQIA+ community, survivors of sexual violence, students of color, low-income students, and other marginalized identities. We are here to help navigate any barriers that our students have to thriving, persisting and graduating from the University of Puget Sound.
The following areas of Student Support are based at the Yellow House. We hope you'll stop by and see us!
