* You must still complete the Transfer Evaluation form to let us know you will be taking a class for transfer credit. All courses will be reviewed to determine actual transferability.
How Do I Transfer Credit From Another U.S. College or University?
- Transfer Evaluation Request Form - Use this form to request the evaluation of credit from another U.S. Institution. If you have already taken the courses, the form is not required, just send an official transcript to the Registrar's Office.
