Welcome! People are the heart of the Puget Sound community, and we can't wait to get to know you.
We are pleased to welcome admitted students to campus for in-person tours. We know that visiting campus is not a good option for everyone, and we are delighted to offer a variety of virtual options for students and families for whom travel is not an option, including high school juniors beginning their college search.
Wednesdays at 1 p.m. and Thursdays at 3 p.m. Pacific Time
Join one of our admission counselors for a 30 minute live information session to introduce you to Puget Sound. Sessions are offered on select weekdays, excluding holidays; registration closes an hour prior to the start of the session. This is a great place to start if you're just getting to know Puget Sound, such as high school juniors, high school seniors, and transfer students who have not yet started an application.
Weekdays at 2 p.m. Pacific Time
Your tour guide will touch on important elements of the Logger experience, and illustrate these points with examples and photos from their own time at Puget Sound. Live questions and dialogue are welcome and encouraged. All prospective students are welcome.
Weekdays at 12 p.m. Pacific Time
Ready to ask questions and introduce yourself? Join current Puget Sound students over lunch for a casual group Q&A intended to help all prospective students get to know our students and meet other potential future Loggers.
Got questions? Prospective and admitted students can schedule a 30 minute one-one-one video call with an admission counselor. Appointments are available on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time and registration closes three days in advance. This is a great option for those who have attended our virtual information session.
We are pleased to offer a number of special virtual events for admitted students in Spring 2021, including Financial Aid Nights, Choose Puget Sound events for admitted students, and Spotlight webinars on topics like experiential learning, equity and inclusion, and residence life. Learn more and register.
Beginning Feb. 16, we are pleased to offer a limited number of in-person campus tours to admitted students, in accordance with Centers for Disease Control COVID-19 protocols. Each student may be accompanied by a single guest, and will join one of our student guides for an hour-long tour. All tours will be limited to small groups to allow for appropriate social distancing. Following completion of the tour students and guests may attend an optional twenty-minute Q&A session with one of our admission counselors.
