How to Access your Accommodations
We use a software called "Accommodate" to manage accommodations. If you are registered with SAA, then you can access your Accommodate account through your MyPugetSound dashboard. By clicking on the Accommodate tile, you will be directed to the Accommodate app where you can view your accommodations, submit semester requests, book testing room appointments, and more!

Housing Accommodations

Single Room Accommodation

SAA understands that a single room accommodation can be critical to some students' access to college. Through an in-depth and collaborative process, we gather extensive documentation to determine whether a single room accommodation is necessary. Whether or not a single room accommodation is determined to be necessary, SAA will work to ensure equitable access to appropriate housing.

Typically, it takes only a few days. Depending on the need, dropping in to our Open Office Hours may be sufficient. Our Open Office Hours are Monday-Thursday from 1:00pm-4:00pm.

You never need to reapply for accommodations. Once approved, your accommodations will be yours to use for the entire time you are a Puget Sound student. 

 

However, each semester you intend to use your accommodations, you must indicate this by submitting a Semester Request form. 

 

In addition, you can always schedule a meeting to review or update your accommodations whenever you'd like
