ASUPS can provide poster design services, poster printing, virtual posters, and more to faculty, staff, clubs, and students.

Poster Design

ASUPS covers half of the poster design fees for you, and therefore your cost is only $15 plus the cost of printing. Printing costs may vary per order. If you have a PDF design already and would like to only print the poster, then we will only charge for the printing. Contact our Director of Events and Public Relations for more information. Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page for requests.

Please try to submit poster requests at least two weeks before the date of your event to allow adequate time for design, distribution, and display. For original design, please request as soon as possible. Please check with the Director of Marketing and Outreach as to whether you will need to pick up your completed posters from Print Services and deliver them to the ASUPS Office for distribution, as we are not able to provide this service. You may also need to check with Print and Copy Services regarding your print job completion date.

Creating Your Own Poster

If you're creating your own poster, it must include our accessibility statement:

Puget Sound is committed to being accessible to all people. If you have questions about event accessibility, please contact 253.879.3931 or accessibility@pugetsound.edu, or visit pugetsound.edu/accessibility.

Club posters must also include the ASUPS logo. (Download the ASUPS logo zip file)

Distribution

ASUPS can distribute posters for you! Fill out the Poster Distribution Request form distribution. The fee is $5 for campus departments and free for ASUPS clubs. Posters will be distributed no sooner than one week before your event, and removed immediately following (depending on distributionist availability). No posters will be distributed without the accessibility statement. Posters are subject to approval.

ASUPS Monitors

ASUPS can also host your media on displays located around campus! The maximum resolution for images is 4096 x 2160 with 32-bit color. Accepted formats include JPEG/JPG and PNG, or MP4 for videos. Horizontal media is best, and the fewer words, the better. Videos should be around 30-40 seconds in length. Content is subject to approval. Please bring your flash drive to the ASUPS office in Wheelock 210 for uploading. For more information, see the Poster Distribution Request form, which includes a section on monitors.
