Mid Summer Social

Join us for an all-campus afternoon tea with delicious strawberry shortcake and gourmet tea sandwiches. Sip on refreshing iced tea, hot tea, or lemonade while you enjoy the sunshine. Tea sandwiches from Arista Catering in Seattle. Flavors include curry mango chicken salad, smoked salmon cucumber and cream cheese, pesto egg salad, and more. Plus, we've got outdoor games like cornhole and giant Jenga, as well as live music from Ian Crocker and Nick Rawson! All campus community members welcome.

Blues Vespers: CD Woodbury Trio

Blues Vespers closes out its Spring season in Kilworth Chapel with the CD Woodbury Trio.  Come join the band, hosted by Blues Vespers founder Pastor Dave Brown and University Chaplain Dave Wright, for great music, some poetry, and a little something to think about.

Doors open at 430, program at 5pm.  Members of the campus community and all our friends and neighbors are welcome!

 

End of Year Block Party

A fun-filled event on April 18 to celebrate the end of a successful semester for our residents who live in Houses, Greek, and Thomas! There will be food, bouquet-making, lawn games, and a raffle for Lego botanical sets! This event is hosted by the Houses, Greek, and Thomas teams. 

The Environmental Justice Speakers Series Presents: Ebony Welborn and Josh Mason

Join us today for two compelling lectures about environmental justice!

The first speaker is Ebony Welborn, Co-Founder of Sea Potential, who will present a lecture entitled: "Ocean Justice and Innovation."

Josh Mason, Master Weaver and Squaxin Island Tribal Member, will follow with his presentation: "Coast Salish Basket Weaving: Teaching and Preserving Traditional Practices."

 

Josh Mason was originally scheduled for 3/25. His lecture was cancelled and moved to next Monday*
