Blues Vespers: 2026 Harmonica Showcase! (NEW DATE)

Blues Vespers @ Kilworth Chapel kicks off its 2026 season with a harmonica showcase. Coordinated by guitarist Tim Sherman, with Mark Dalton on bass and Conrad Ormsby on drums, the Showcase will feature harmonica performances by Stacy Jones, Joe Cook, and Jonathan Pittman.

Blues Vespers is a monthly campus/community event that combines blues artists with poetry and a little something to think about.  

CWL PowerPoint Party

The CWL will be hosting a PowerPoint Party which is an opportunity for students to give a 3 minute presentation on anything they choose as a way to practice and receive tips on presenting in a relaxed, low stakes environment. 

Valentine's Wine Night & Candlestick Painting

Unwind after your busy day with a craft! Grab a paintbrush, a glass and join us for a laid-back Valentine’s candlestick painting night with sweet treats and good company in Oppenheimer Cafe!

  • $2.50 to participate – includes two candlesticks, paint & brush (cash and dining dollars not accepted for payment)
  • All ages welcome!
  • Wine (21+) & food sold separately | Valid ID required for alcohol purchases
  • No prior experience required!

DataFest 2026

University of Puget Sound will be hosting DataFest during the weekend of March 27-29, 2026! It is a team based, friendly competition that takes place over a weekend of hanging out with friends and analyzing a secret dataset to win prizes and do Data For Good!

It is open to teams of 2-5 students from any area of study. We also seek volunteers from the community and/or alumni to serve as mentors and judges. 

Tabla Concert: Abhiman Kaushal

Abhiman's Kaushal's credits span the globe, especially providing the rhythms for Ravi Shankar's world tours in the '90's, and in soundtracks for Philip Glass, National Geographic, and many Hollywood films, including Zoolander. As an educator, he maintains professorships at Herb Alpert's UCLA School of Music, UC Riverside, and the National Taiwan University.  He will be accompanied on Harmonium and vocals by Deepashri Joglekar, an educator whose students range in all ages through the northwest and as far away as Canada and India.
