Regester Lecture with David Latimer

As our understanding of the current (and past) state of the Universe grows, we are faced with the possibility that the Standard Model of particle physics is incomplete. Observations on astronomical and cosmological scales suggest a world filled with an unknown new energy and matter. How do theorists confront this new reality from a particle perspective when our laboratory is the Universe?

Daedalus Lecture with Sam Liao

The Daedalus Lecture Series carves out a space for academic discussion, offering both a platform for sharing innovative work and the opportunity to come together as a diverse scholarly community. Rather than a teaching lecture, the presentations are conceived as a way to converse with and learn from one another in ways that enrich our community and broaden our interdisciplinary knowledge. Daedalus Lectures are intended to facilitate the sharing of research among colleagues. This event is open to faculty, staff, retirees, emeriti, friends, and a small group of invited students.
