Isa Fitzgibbons ’26 is graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts. Since joining the University of Puget Sound as a transfer student, Isa has distinguished herself as an exemplary scholar and artist, stepping into leadership roles both on and off the stage. In 2025, she studied abroad in London and was one of 15 students to receive the Agricola Scholar Award, which she used to develop Every Sound I’ve Ever Made, an original one-woman show weaving together writing from various women authors.

The University of Puget Sound’s Theatre Arts and Music departments will bring the popular graphic memoir Fun Home to the stage this spring. The Tony Award-winning musical is based on the life of cartoonist Alison Bechdel and follows her at three different ages as she examines her childhood, her experience coming out in college, and her complicated relationship with her father.

The University of Puget Sound’s Department of Theatre Arts will present Bertolt Brecht’s classic drama, The Caucasian Chalk Circle, this fall, exploring themes of justice and morality. 

The University of Puget Sound will host a powerful residency with New York’s Reentry Theater of Harlem (RTH), bringing its innovative, arts-based approach to justice and rehabilitation to campus from Oct. 20 to Nov. 17. The visit, featuring RTH founder Alex Anderson and assistant art director Rory Anderson and Arts educator Charanya Ramakrishnan, is a major initiative of the university’s Mellon Foundation-funded project to reimagine justice through the humanities.
