Jazz at Noon: "The Saxtoons"

Sheryl Clark on sax, Jim Cochran on piano, and Rick White on bass are in-demand musicians who comprise Saxtoons, performing a midday Maroon Friday concert of standards and holiday music. Presented by ASUPS Student Programs/NW Sounds. Free.

Suzuki Piano Student Recital

Join us for a student piano recital featuring students of Suzuki piano instructor, Jacqueline Block, from the University of Puget Sound's Community Music Department. Young soloists will perform piano music from the Suzuki repertoire. 

This is a free event and open to the public. No tickets required.

Community Music Student Recital

This student recital will feature solo and duet music performed by young children, teens, and adult musicians from the university's Community Music Department. You will hear a variety of classical repertoire and other music from different time periods played on several instruments such as piano and viola!

South Sound Strings Harp Ensemble Christmas Concert

This concert will feature festive holiday music performed by the South Sound Strings Harp Ensemble, directed by Patricia Wooster. Harpists in the ensemble include children, teens, and adults.  We hope you will join us on December 13 at 7pm in Wheelock Student Center Rasmussen Rotunda (note this new location).  

This is a free concert, open to the public. No tickets are required.  

South Sound Strings is an ensemble of the University of Puget Sound's Community Music Department.

Lullaby Project Celebration Concert

Join Greentrike, Mary Bridge Children's Hospital, and University of Puget Sound School of Music in celebrating the power of music and community as students from MUS 323: Making Music for Public Good perform lullabies written for and with local families.

Lunch Concert: "Solo Excursions, featuring multi-instrumentalist BOB ANTOLIN

In recognition of Filipino American Heritage Month, jazz and world music musician BOB ANTOLIN brings his array of wind and stringed instruments for a midday jazz session. Antolin is an accomplished musical artist whose performing credits with Global Heat and other ensembles makes him one of Seattle's most visible (and outstanding) musicians.  Presented by Northwest Sounds/ASUPS Student Programs.
