Biomimicry: Blurring the Lines

A conversation with environment reporter Bellamy Pailthorp. Open to all campus community members! Join us for a conversation with KNKX environment reporter, Bellamy Pailthorp. Coffee, tea, and refreshments at 5 p.m., conversation starts at 5:30 p.m.

The Writing Excellence Awards are given annually to encourage and reward good writing in all disciplines. Winners recieve a cash prize of $250. The contest opens in January for papers written in 2024 in courses taken at the University of Puget Sound. Winners are announced in April. The Writing Excellence Awards are funded by the Hearst Endowment for Writing, established through grants from the Hearst Foundation. The submission deadline for this year’s competition is Friday, February 7, 2025.
