Blues, poetry, and a little something to think about - Blues Vespers continues its Fall '25 series welcoming back long-time Tacoma musicians Rod Cook & Toast, with very special guest - and Tacoma harmonica legend - Jay Mabin.  Now in its 26th year (and 7th at Puget Sound), Blues Vespers is a community and campus event that celebrates the ways music can feed our spirits.  Hosted by University Chaplain Dave Wright and Blues Vespers founder Pastor Dave Brown.  Free and open to everyone!

Students, faculty, and staff are welcome to drop by this casual, interactive event in front of Wheelock (or in the Diversions Lounge, if the weather doesn't cooperate) to connect with different campus and community resources related to the range of Christianities present in our campus community.  Hosted by the University Chaplaincy.

Join us for a showing of A Whisker Away, a story where the line between human and animal starts to blur when a peculiar girl transforms herself into a cat to gain the attention of her crush. This is part of the Japanese Film Series.

As part of the Japanese Film Series, we will be showing Itomichi, in which a girl working at a maid café has to cope with social anxiety from performing the Tsugaru-shamisen, a 3-stringed instrument.
