A Death Cafe is a gathering of friends and strangers to hold a space for us to talk about death.  This is not a grief group or a support session, but a discussion group for people interested in having meaningful conversations about death…also with warm beverages and little snacks!  Our campus’ first Death Cafe is hosted by the University Chaplaincy in collaboration with Diverions Cafe and with student leaders.  For more information on Death Cafes in general, visit www.deathcafe.com; for questions about this event, you can email chaplaincy@pugetsound.edu.  Students, faculty, and staff are welcome to join the conversation on Thursday, Oct. 23, from 5:30-7pm in Divs.
