Join us at Lincoln High School in Seattle on Monday, November 17th from 6-9pm for an evening of activities for high school tuba, french horn, trombone, trumpet, and euphonium (baritone) players. The evening will start with a breathing class and move into like-instrument warmups, followed by a solo masterclass, and finishing with a side-by-side brass ensemble reading session featuring University of Puget Sound faculty, Northwest Brass Choir (NWBC) faculty, NWBC musicians, and event participants. Reading session will be led by Maestro Bruce Daugherty.

In recognition of Filipino American Heritage Month, jazz and world music musician BOB ANTOLIN brings his array of wind and stringed instruments for a midday jazz session. Antolin is an accomplished musical artist whose performing credits with Global Heat and other ensembles makes him one of Seattle's most visible (and outstanding) musicians. Interfaith Celebration of Gratitude
All are welcome to this gathering of different faiths hosted by the University Chaplaincy along with the Baha'i Community of Tacoma, in partnership with event sponsor Associated Ministries (www.associatedministries.org). This multifaith celebration includes readings, reflections, and sharing about gratitude from several Tacoma faith communities, including remarks by Puget Sound Chaplain Dave Wright and an Interfaith Choir conducted by our Jewish Life Coordinator, Cantor Geoff Fine.
