In the midst of regional tours, performing at Bumbershoot, and opening for the Indigo Girls, Blues Vespers is thrilled to host an intimate performance by long-time favorite Stephanie Anne Johnson. Join campus and community guests for this special night of Stephanie Anne's music, poetry, and storytelling.

Blues Vespers is in its 26th year in Tacoma and 6th season hosted by the University Chaplaincy at Puget Sound. Vespers combines great blues, meaningful poetry, and a little something to think about. The event is free and unticketed.

The University Chaplaincy kicks off our Fall '24 series of Blues Vespers with a special show featuring Puget Sound alumnus Forest Beutel opening for the award-winning Joe Cook Blues Band - with Richard Sherman as special guest on guitar! 5-6:30pm in Kilworth.

Blues Vespers is a free campus & community collaboration that brings in local and regional blues musicians, and shares meaningful poetry and a little something to think about. This Vespers starts the 26th season in Tacoma, and the 6th season at Kilworth Memorial Chapel.

In recognition of Constitution Day, join us for a screening of "Suppressed: The Fight to Vote" with a forward from the Politics & Government Department. Voter registration will be available!

Join keyboard faculty members Dr. Ronaldo Rolim and Dr. Wyatt Smith for a piano and organ festival for all ages!

Join Hispanic Studies for a special event with guest speaker and filmmaker Dr. Marcela Garcés. Open to all interested campus community members!

Students can enter artwork into the 2025 Art Students Annual by dropping pieces off in Kittredge Gallery 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Artwork must have been made for a class in the last two years. Artwork will be chosen and cash prizes awarded by a juror, and the show will be on view in spring semester.

Students enter work from art classes, and a juror selects artwork for the show, which will be in Kittredge Gallery for four weeks. Come partake in this Puget Sound tradition!
