A Day To Celebrate You!

Dear Members of the Campus Community,

Today is Logger Day Challenge—a day of celebration for Loggers near and far. And we have a lot to celebrate!

This year U.S. News & World Report recognized the exceptional teaching of our faculty in creating an unparalleled classroom experience for students. Last week, we were named (again) as one of the top producers of Fulbright scholars in the country, and The Princeton Review has named us among the most beautiful campuses in America.

You make it all possible: the research, scholarship and creative work that takes place in our classrooms, studios and labs; the high acceptance rates to the world’s leading professional and graduate programs (including our own!); the guidance, mentorship and support that helps our students navigate challenging times and chart productive, meaningful lives; and the sense of community that is created to make Puget Sound the wonderful place it is to learn, live and work.

Throughout the day, we’ll share stories of some of the best we have to offer to prepare the future leaders our world needs. Follow along and share your Logger pride at pugetsound.edu/loggerdaychallenge. You can also participate in spirited campus events, listed below.

Be proud, Loggers, and thank you for all you do to make this community one that changes the world for the better.

Go Loggers!
