Dear Members of the Campus Community,

With Thanksgiving approaching, I wanted to take this opportunity to express my deep appreciation for each and every one of you.

This has been an exceptionally busy and productive fall semester, and I’m looking forward to the many performances, celebrations, and events that will take place in the coming weeks. I hope that everyone will find some time for rejuvenation and renewal during the Thanksgiving break (and that our Logger basketball teams will score victories at their home games this weekend!).

I could not be more proud to be a member of this truly exceptional community, especially during a time of such unrest in our country and the world around us. While there are many issues upon which I could comment, I would especially like to affirm the recent message to the campus community from Chaplain Dave Wright ’96 concerning the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program that is before the Supreme Court. Please know that we are keeping a close watch on this, and are committed to the welfare of members of our community who will be affected by the Court’s decision.

We have much to be thankful for here at Puget Sound. Thank you for everything you do to ensure that we live our mission and values as a campus community every day.

Sincerely,

Isiaah
