Q: When is summer reunion weekend?
A: June 11-13, 2021. Summer Reunion Weekend 2020 has been postponed due to COVID-10 considerations.
Q: Who should attend?
A: All Logger alums should come! We’ll have special celebrations for classes ending in 0 and 5 (1970, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, and 2015) and classes ending in 1 and 6 (1971, 1976, 1981, 1986, 1991, 2001, 2006, 2011, and 2016) Greek, and Geology alumni.
Q: What kinds of events can I expect?
A: Reunion offers something for everyone. Want to revisit your old college haunts? Join your classmates at restaurants and bars around Tacoma for the class gatherings on Friday night. Feel like taking a class without the tests? Check out our Alumni College classes offered throughout the weekend. And if you simply want to relax and catch up with friends, you’ll have plenty of time to do so on Saturday during the picnic and reunion dinner.
Q: Can I bring my family?
A: Yes! Most of the weekend’s activities are family-friendly.
Q: Do I need to register in advance? If so, how do I register?
A: Yes! Registration will be available January 2021.
Q: What does it cost?
A: There is no overall cost for the weekend. A few of the events include a small fee that help cover costs associate with food and beverage.
Q: Can I stay on campus? How do I book accommodations?
A: Yes! Many alumni choose to stay in the dorms, and have a blast reliving old memories. You can book your rooms when you register online, or by calling the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations 800.339.3312. You are also encouraged to organize a group of your friends to stay together in the residence halls and Greek houses! Let us know your group name when you register.
Q: How can I find out which of my classmates are attending?
A: Once registration opens there will be a webpage hosting names of registered attendees (with their approval, of course). This page will be updated daily. Once you’ve registered, share the news with friends and classmates on your class Facebook page and invite others to join you.
Q: The campus has changed since I was a student, how can I find my way around and visit the new buildings on campus?
