Ticket FAQ

  • Does my ticket guarantee me a certain seat in the stadium?
    No. Seating is first-come, first- served. Stadium gates open at noon. The accessible seating section is reserved for those with that ticket type, but seating within the section is also first-come, first-served.
  • Do I need to include a guest’s name on each ticket I register for?
    Yes, guests will be checked in at the front gates at the stadium before Commencement begins. They will be checked in by first and last name.
  • If I know a fellow graduate who is not using all six of their tickets, can I use theirs?
    Yes! You will just need that graduate to register your guests under their name. Your fellow graduate will need your guest’s first/last name and email address. Tickets will be emailed through Eventbrite to each guest directly. This is the most efficient and guaranteed method to receive additional tickets.
  • What if I need more tickets for my guests?
    You can have a fellow graduate register your guests under their name if they have extras (see question above). There is also a question on the registration form that asks if you will need extra tickets. We are reviewing these requests every two days and will respond to these requests as they come in. If you do not hear a response regarding your extra tickets within three business days, please email alumoffice@pugetsound.edu.
  • Do children need tickets?
    Everyone besides a "lap infant" must have their own ticket.
  • Do I need to print out my tickets?
    No, you do not, as you long as you can show the digital ticket at the gate. Tickets are required to enter but they can be scanned from mobile devices at the stadium.
  • Is there an accessible seating section?
    There is accessible seating available for those guests who have mobility limitations or who are hard of hearing. This section is reserved for ADA accommodations only. Seating within the section is first-come, first-served.
  • Can I make multiple ticket orders?
    No. Each student will receive 6 tickets and the orders will be reviewed in case of duplicate orders.
  • When will I know if I received extra tickets?
    We are reviewing these requests every two days and will respond to these requests as they come in with what can be accommodated. If you do not hear a response regarding your extra tickets within three business days of registering for your tickets, please email alumoffice@pugetsound.edu.
  • Can I change any of my ticket info after submitting my registration?
    Please email the Office of Alumni & Parent Relations regarding any ticket changes at alumoffice@pugetsound.edu.
  • When is the deadline to order tickets by?
    Tickets will be available to order until 11:45 p.m. PDT on Friday, May 12.
