Introductory Sculpture classes are hands-on studio classes in which students learn principles of three-dimensional design. Advanced classes are small and independent, focusing on techniques, communication, and creating a body of work.

Sculpture students master distinct processes, understand the design principles, are familiar with art history, and are sensitive to visual language expression. They also form the ability to synthesize formal and conceptual issues and understand how visual art relates to contemporary culture.
