This retrospective exhibit will feature a variety of the Chandler O'Leary's many sketchbooks, prints, textiles, artist books, broadsides, cards, ornaments, paper sculptures, materials and tools. Please join us at the opening reception on Friday, May 12 from 4-6pm.  

The School of Occupational Therapy invites you to attend the Dr. George Tomlin Evidence Symposium to be held on Thursday, May 11, from 6–9pm in Harned Hall.  

With a diverse offering of research-based evidence projects presented by second-year OT students and doctoral capstone presentations from third-year OTD students, you will enjoy an evening of collaboration, community, and conversation surrounding the practice and process of research in OT.  

The Latinx Festival is back! Join us for student performers, Mariachi Alma Nueva, Ballet Folklorico, and delicious Latin American foods. Entrance to the event is free and open to the entire campus community. All proceeds from food and activity sales will go to the Latin American Heritage Scholarship. Te esperamos!

Former English faculty members Ann Putnam and Beverly Conner discuss and sign their recently published novels. Ann Putnam's novel, Cuban Quartermoon, was published in 2022; Beverly Conner's novel, Falling From Grace, was published in 2021.

A love of jazz, of playing at Farmers Markets, and musical adventures throughout the Northwest, the Playtonics feature talented musicians from all over the US, as well as KNKX's Paige Hansen, plying their vocals and horns and now packing venues including recently at Tacoma's Spanish Ballroom. They are creative wordsmiths, too, and their performances feature originals which will be available onsale at following their lunchtime performance.

Tango is a mini-residency presented by three of the northern hemisphere's leading practitioners, led by choreographer Chelsea Eng, with support from tango masters Joe Powers and Count Glover.
