Lending Library

As a campus community we strive to promote the well-being and success of all of our students. To support our students, the Center for Intercultural & Civic Engagement (CICE) has created an on-campus lending library. The lending library presents an opportunity for students to borrow, free-of-charge, academic books and textbooks for classes. We respect the identities and backgrounds of all members on this campus, and we strive to make this lending library a welcoming place for all who need its contents. We invite students to visit the lending library during the hours listed below as needed.

Please email cice@pugetsound.edu if you have questions or comments, and feel free to use the suggestions/question box within the lending library.

Location: The lending library is located in the Student Diversity Center at 3216 N. 13th St. (right across from the Yellow House). Staff at the CICE can help you check out books for the semester. Please feel free to stop by the Yellow House at 3219 N. 13th and we would be happy to help you. The Lending Library is first come, first serve, so we cannot guarantee that all books listed will still be in stock.

Hours: Open Monday through Friday, 9am – 12pm and 1pm - 5pm.

If you would like to donate to the lending library, we are looking for academic books and textbooks only.

Please contact cice@pugetsound.edu for more information about donation hours and drop off locations.
