PROCUREMENT WITH FEDERAL FUNDS
Effective July 1, 2018 for purchases made with federal funds, University of Puget Sound procurement professionals will comply with the Uniform Guidance Procurement Standards as defined in 2 CRF Part 200.317 to 200.326. This guidance "supersedes and streamlines requirements from OMB Circular A-110." In the event there is a discrepancy between the provisions of the Uniform Guidance Procurement Standards and the university’s procurement policies, the Uniform Guidance’s provisions will be followed.
