Hi there! My name is Ainsley Austin and I’m a senior majoring in Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies (Classical Studies track) with a minor in Communication Studies. I was lucky enough to spend Spring 2022 in Rome, so feel free to ask me questions about study abroad! My main academic interests include media studies, women in antiquity, and Latin. I know that ancient languages and history can be intimidating, but I’m excited to talk through these ideas together. When I’m not doing schoolwork in Diversions, I love being a member of the Ubiquitous They sketch comedy troupe, writing poetry, and watching movies. I can’t wait to work with you!
