Dear Faculty & Staff Colleagues,

Our team is excited to begin the 2023 Benefits Open Enrollment cycle and share with you important information as we approach year-end. This year’s Benefits Open Enrollment will be from November 1, 2022 through November 16, 2022.   During this time, you will be able to make changes to your chosen benefits elections for you and qualifying dependents for the 2023 plan year.

*** This is the one time per year that you are able to make changes to your benefits without a qualifying event. ***

We are delighted to share that there will not be any changes to 2023 medical, dental and vision premiums.  We have attached the 2023 Benefits Guide, which includes coverage rates, plan details, and other information, which may be useful as you contemplate benefits elections for you and qualifying dependents. Below you will find information applicable to this year’s enrollment cycle. You can also visit the 2023 Benefits Open Enrollment website to view the Guide, access the benefits enrollment form starting November 1, and to view a presentation covering highlights of this year’s benefits.

The University’s 2023 Benefits and Open Enrollment Fair will be on Thursday, November 3 from 9:30am to 2 pm in the Tahoma Room located in Thomas Hall. TIAA, our retirement planning partner, along with a Medicare enrollment consultant, will also be on campus hosting information sessions in Trimble Forum (116). Details regarding the Benefits Fair and course schedules are in the attached email.
