Join us for an afternoon concert featuring saxophone quartet music performed by Community Music students directed by Fred Winkler.

Puget Sound Brass Camp Student Concert

Join us for a free concert featuring student musicians who participated in a one-week day camp for brass players ages 12 - 18 years. Directed and founded by School of Music faculty members Judson Scott and Ryan Schultz, Puget Sound Brass Camp is presented by the Community Music Department in partnership with Metro Parks Tacoma. The camp brings together college faculty and local music students to learn, to explore musical ideas, and to make music with fellow brass players.

The Tacoma Concert Band Bon Voyage Concert

The Tacoma Concert Band, conducted by TCB's Conductor and Artistic Director, Maestro Gerard Morris, presents this performance to kick off their upcoming European tour. The program will include select pieces from the tour repertoire that celebrates American music and our community. Admission is free and all are welcome.

Community Music Recital Violin Students of Gayane Grigoryan

Join us for a music recital featuring Suzuki repertoire performed by young violinists from the Community Music Department. This recital begins at 4:30 p.m. in Schneebeck Concert Hall. Two additional recitals featuring violin students of Gayane Grigoryan are scheduled the same day, one at 5:30 p.m. and one at 7 p.m.

Community Music Viola and Violin Recital

Join us for a music recital featuring solo and chamber music performances by viola and violin students of Joyce Ramee with pianist, Karen Ganz. The recital begins at 7 p.m. in Schneebeck Concert Hall.

Community Music Student Recital

Join us for a free music concert featuring solo and duet music performed by children, teens, and adults from the University's Community Music program. You will hear a variety of solo recital music played on violins, cello, piano, and flute.
