PRIVILEGED CAMPUS RESOURCES
A Privileged Resource is not required to report any information about any conduct prohibited under the policy to the Clery Coordinator or the Title IX Coordinator/Equal Opportunity Officer as long as the Privileged Resource received the information while performing in their official capacity (although they may be required by law to report information to law enforcement in certain circumstances).
