Purpose
The purpose of this page is to provide insight into future planned maintenance for Puget Sound's PeopleSoft databases. For real-time updates on all Technology Services systems, please refer to the Service Announcements page.
Types of Planned Maintenance
- Refreshes - when the development and/or test databases are refreshed with a copy of the associated production database.
- Database Updates - when PeopleSoft updates are installed into the production/live system.
- Patch Maintenance - to ensure a secure, reliable computing environment TS completes routine patch maintenance on our Puget Sound production servers.
