Members of the campus community,

Thank you for your patience and support as we race toward the launch of a new pugetsound.edu. The site is expected to launch around 6 a.m. on Monday, June 14. When you visit the homepage next week you’ll notice a refreshed design, new gateway features that allow current undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and staff members quick and easy access to the information you need for your daily work, and clear callouts for external audiences to schedule a visit, apply, or make a gift to Puget Sound.

Of course, a website as large and complex as ours doesn’t change completely overnight. There are sure to be a few glitches post-launch. We would appreciate your help in identifying any remaining edits that need to be made or links that aren’t working. Please send any issues you encounter to servicedesk@pugetsound.edu. They will be shared with the communications team and we’ll work with you to make corrections as quickly as possible.

As planned from the beginning of this project, later this summer we will begin phase two of the website project, which includes converting the Collins Memorial Library and Puget Sound Museum of Natural History websites to the new design.

Thank you to the students, faculty, and staff members who served on the Website Redesign Advisory Team; to our content management system users and testers; to our partners in Technology Services who’s kept us all rolling this year and helped make this project possible; and to all of you for your support throughout this project. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the communications team at communications@pugetsound.edu.
