The Facilities Services administrative staff is here to provide responsive and courteous support to the campus community, visitors, and the surrounding neighbors. The administrative team receives a wide variety of inquiries, processes your work order requests and coordinates services for the campus community with Facilities' different shops.
Manager of Administration, Lisa Ellis
Lisa provides budget management and accounting support for Facilities Services managers and staff in regards to operations, maintenance, construction, and renovations of campus facilities. You may contact Lisa with questions concerning Facilities purchase orders, invoices, payment status, and budget information. She can assist you with contacting or scheduling meetings with the Associate Vice President for Facilities Services, Bob Kief, or other Facilities managers.
Help Desk Coordinator - Accounting Specialist, Christina Chea
Christina manages the Facilities Help Desk, routing all work orders, answering incoming phone calls, and responding to inquiries from the campus community and neighbors. She also creates Facilities requisitions, processes orders, assists with multiple administrative and accounting tasks. You may contact Christina with any questions on work orders.
