For nearly two decades, Floating Leaves has connected tea lovers in the U.S. with small-batch, single-estate Taiwanese teas, working closely with growers and tea masters to share the richness of Taiwan’s tea culture. This interactive session includes three parts: an introduction to Taiwanese tea and the presenters’ journey as small tea merchants; a tasting overview with guidance on how to taste and appreciate tea, followed by Q&A; and a guided tasting of selected teas. Participants will have the chance to savor unique flavors, learn brewing techniques, and uncover the stories behind each tea. Stories & Flavors of Taiwan Tea

Presented by Shiuwen Tai and Noah from Floating Leaves Tea in Seattle

Join us for a hands-on exploration of Taiwanese tea with Shiuwen and Noah of Floating Leaves Tea in Seattle.
