Stop the Bleed Training
Stop the Bleed training is a free course that teaches bystanders to save lives by controlling severe, life-threatening bleeding using techniques like direct pressure, wound packing, and tourniquet application. Initiated by the American College of Surgeons, it aims to empower the public to act in emergencies.
Registration is required, and capacity is limited to 25 participants. Sign up using the QR code, or email mlemons@pugetsound.edu. Training provided by VMFH Trauma Services.
