State of the Animal
Join us for 30 minutes of discussion of the human predicament (i.e. sedentarism v. movement, sickcare v. healthcare, etc.), followed by 30-60 minutes of movements that blend functionality with creativity. This session is led by Frank Forencich, a passionate advocate for the human animal and a functional future. He earned his BA at Stanford University in human biology and has over thirty years of teaching experience in martial art and health education.
