What are the ethical obligations of business managers in instances where their businesses are the target of protests, strikes, and other forms of social activism? 
By offering a theoretical framework for thinking about the place of businesses in democracy, Professor Ron's talk proposes a way of thinking about how businesses can respond to social activism in a democratically appropriate manner.
