Prof. Soumaré’s scholarship and teaching focus is on Francophone literature and cultures, French and Francophone cinema, as well as 20th- and 21st-century French literature. Prof. Soumaré regularly presents her research at international conferences dedicated to Francophone Literature and 21st century French Literature.
