Nic Casey

Instructor of Music Production

Nicolas Casey is a music producer and recording engineer based in the Seattle metro area. He discovered a love of music production while making beats as a teenager, and has channeled that passion into a string of musical releases with songwriters in the Pacific Northwest. A University of Puget Sound alumnus, Nicolas uses his classical and jazz studies as a foundation for the pop music he releases with local artists such as Stella Mar, Nicky Buell, and Maijah, among many others.

In addition to working as a music producer, Nicolas is an audio engineer for local venues which include ALMA Tacoma and Town Hall Seattle. He loves helping people understand how popular music is made in the 21st century. See a Spotify playlist of Nicolas’s published productions.
