Dear Campus Community,
On behalf of the Search Committee, I am writing to share that we have finalized the presidential prospectus, which is an important early milestone for us in the presidential search process. The prospectus both provides important information about the university and describes the key position details, opportunities, and leadership profile of the professional and personal qualities, skills, and characteristics we are looking for in our next president. Those attributes were synthesized from the campus and community listening sessions, online survey, trustee input, and search committee review.
I believe we have created an exceptionally informative and compelling document to share with prospective candidates, and I appreciate the thoughtful input and feedback from our campus community members that has helped us create such an authentic and engaging document to represent the university.
With the prospectus completed, DSG will now begin a national public search for our next president and begin cultivating outstanding candidates for us in earnest.
