What has been your favorite academic experience at Puget Sound and why?

I really love how personable professors are. They seem to truly care about the success of each student, and do not treat us like just another number in their class. I’ve gone to some of my professors’ office hours, or even gone on an outdoor walk or chat over coffee in Diversions to catch up and check in!

Where is your favorite on-campus study spot?

In the early mornings, I study anywhere in Thompson after stopping at Oppenheimer; in the afternoons at Diversions; and in the evenings at Collins Memorial Library.

What is your favorite Puget Sound tradition and why?

Being an Orientation Leader is extremely fun and rewarding. I enjoy meeting new people and helping incoming students feel comfortable around campus. We explore Tacoma and other places in and around the PNW!

In only one sentence, please describe what you value most about your Puget Sound experience.

I appreciate that I can be more than just a student, but also explore different facets of the college experience and the many passions that I have.
