Puget Sound Singers is a non-auditioned mixed choral ensemble open to all singers, regardless of musical background.

Puget Sound Singers is a non-auditioned mixed choir open to all students, regardless of musical background or previous singing experience. Drawing students from across the university, the ensemble combines vocal development with meaningful community, creating a place where singers build friendships, grow as musicians, and explore the human experience through shared music-making. Repertoire includes contemporary choral works alongside music from global traditions, with an emphasis on cultural exchange and authentic collaboration. Recent projects have featured Congolese artists, an Indigenous Taiwanese children's choir, and a gospel music residency led by Tacoma Mayor Victoria Woodards. More than a performance ensemble, Puget Sound Singers invites students to experience choral music as a powerful source of connection, belonging, and artistic discovery.
