DPT Research Symposium 2018
The class of 2019 research and global health projects will be presented in platform and poster format with time for interactions with students and networking with peers.  Free Continuing Education credits will be awarded-registration will be limited to the first 50 clinical education community partners.

APTA Credential Clinical Instructor Program January 12-13, 2019- 16 Contact Hours (1.6 CEUs), which verifies your status as an APTA - Credentialed Clinical Instructor (CI) -­ Ann Wilson, PT, DPT, GCS.

  • Dr. Roger Allen, along with Arista Ip, D.P.T.'18 and Eva Fazinni, D.P.T.'18, will present “Temporal Latency in Neuropathic Modulation of Phantom Limb Pain Intensity Due to the Psychogenic Release and Delayed Activation of Thyroxine,” at the Salk Institute’s 2018 Science Symposium on Biological Complexity: The Biology of Time. Their most recent work on the delayed neuroendocrine modulation of phantom limb pain is also one of 12 studies (from among more than 300) nominated for the 2018 Orthopaedic Section Research Poster Award at the American Physical Therapy Association’s upcoming Combined Sections Meeting. The winner of this award will be announced in New Orleans on Feb. 23.
