Carmen joined the Office of International Programs in 2015.
Carmen studied abroad in Toledo, Spain as an undergraduate. After working as a geologist for several years, she decided to go back to school to pursue International Education. She received her M.A. in Educational Policy and Administration with an emphasis on Study Abroad from the University of Minnesota in 2008. Now, as Study Abroad Coordinator, she loves being able to help students through the transformative experience of studying abroad.
In her free time, Carmen enjoys crafting, gardening and leisurely walks with her family.
