Purchasing our licenses for faculty and staff through this program allows the university to extend the premium design tools from Canva to our students, and provides you with many additional benefits:

Use the Print & Copy Services online ordering system to sign up here.  You will need to provide your department billing code (Speedchart) and the name of the person being provided with the account.  Licenses are renewed annually.  Print & Copy Services will contact you prior to the renewal date to verify if you would like to continue your account.

Students already have an account on the Canva Student Team that may be accessed through login.pugetsound.edu.

Currently $128 annually, including taxes and fees.  Canva for Campus licenses are provided at cost.  They are purchased at a bulk rate based off the Canva for Teams license costs.

Licenses renew each year on July 1.  Your initial year will have a prorated charge based on your sign up date, but we are unable to cancel your license before the next renewal date.  You will, however, be contacted prior to the renewal date to verify that you would like to maintain your license for the following year.  

If you currently have a Canva account using your Puget Sound email, you will not lose any of your work.  In fact, your account will remain entirely in place.  You will simply have a new team added.  You can toggle between teams in the upper right of the home page navigation.  
 

You will have to transfer your work from your personal account to the University team, however, to access all of the premium features.  Please follow the steps laid out here to transfer projects between teams.

All students are part of a PS Students team, and have access to premium features there.  However, you will have to share any templates, brand items, or other designs provided to Faculty and Staff directly with your student worker in order for your student to have access to them.  Learn about sharing projects and elements here.
