Dear Faculty and Staff Colleagues,

As we are halfway through Open Enrollment for the 2022 health benefits, we wanted to send out a friendly reminder to submit your enrollment documents.

Open Enrollment will run from November 5 through November 19th. All enrollment forms must be completed by November 19th at 5:00 PM PST.

Benefit enrollment materials are available on the benefits website.

A few things to remember:

All benefit-eligible faculty and staff are being asked to complete an Open Enrollment/Change Form even if you currently have university benefits and are not making changes. If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for 2021, you will need to re-enroll for 2022 as this benefit does not roll over automatically.

The Open Enrollment/Change Form is electronic (there are no paper forms). The form operates much like a survey in that you will respond to questions about your benefit elections and dependents. You must be logged into your Puget Sound google account before opening the form. Once the form is complete and you have clicked “submit”, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including a copy of your responses. Please note that paper enrollment forms are not accepted.
