Dear Members of the Campus Community,

Our first vaccination event today was a success, and we appreciate this opportunity to serve our students, faculty, and staff, as well as your family members.

As we have several appointments still available and a limited timeframe to provide the vaccines we have received, we have opened up appointments tomorrow to students from Pacific Lutheran University and the University of Washington-Tacoma. You may also continue to make friends and family aware of the opportunity to be vaccinated at Puget Sound—and to sign up yourself!

Visitors to our campus will be required to follow all of our COVID-19 health protocols. Vaccine event participants will be directed to enter Wheelock Student Center through the doors facing the parking lot immediately south of the building to go directly to the vaccination clinic in Upper Marshall Hall. The clinic will run tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and appointment times are available here.

As announced earlier, we also have a small supply of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine that we are not authorized to administer at this time. More information will be shared as soon as we have a decision about the vaccine from public health officials.

Sincerely,

Kelly K. Brown, Ph.D. | Director.
Counseling, Health, and Wellness Services.
