CHWS offers blood draws, TB screening, urine analysis, and other routine lab and in-office testing. Labs that are not processed in-house are sent to Quest Laboratories.
Labs that are sent to Quest which total an excess of $100 have the option of direct bill to insurance. The student must provide a current insurance card at the time of the blood draw in order to use their insurance. If an insurance card is not provided, or labs total less than $100, the fees will be billed to the student’s account.
